The comfortably furnished Lipno Apartments are located right in the center of the Lipno nad Vltavou village, near the Information Center and the sports equipment rental stores, 100 meters from a restaurant, 200 meters from the beaches of the Lipno Dam and 300 meters from the entrance to the Kramolin Ski Resort. Parking area at he house, shared deck, laundry room, storage room (for skis, bikes, sport gear etc.), baby cot available upon request. Unit types: Apartment A covering an area of 74 m2 (accommodates up to 8 persons), features a living room with a kitchenette, dining area (contains a large pull out twin-bed), children bedroom (with 4 beds), hall, bathroom and a toilet. The other apartment with the floor area of 54 m2 (sleeps maximum of 6 people) has a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area (with two large pull-out twin bed couches) a bedroom (with 2 beds), a hall and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchenettes are fully equipped witch stainless steel appliances (large refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave oven with grill, electric water kettle, toaster, coffee and espresso maker, etc.), satellite TV (72 cm screen size), video and CD/DVD player, washing machine, iron, drying rack, deck furniture and outside grill. Use of linens and bathroom supplies included in price. Price does not cover the tourist tax of 19 CZK/person/night and the check-out cleaning fee of 450 CZK.
