- Vyšší Brod – The local cloister complex was founded in 1259 by Vok of Rožmberk and today is again occupied by friars – the cloister’s premises are a national cultural monument. The premises include the Church of the Assumption, the Postal Museum, and Chapel of St. Anne from 1645. In the Lady Chapel you can admire a painting of the Madonna of Vyšší Brod. Part of the cloister is the Library of Vyšší Brod with 70 thousand rare books.
- Devil’s Wall – The top of the Devil’s Wall is accessible from the parking lot by road no. 163, connecting Vyšší Brod with Loučovice. From there you must take an easy path about 300 meters long. There is a beautiful view of the surroundings from the top.
